"Umm, not really worth the price"
Umm, I don’t feel like this was worth what I paid. It looked a lot nicer online than it did when I got it, and for the price, I was expecting better quality. I probably wouldn’t order it again because it just felt like I overpaid

"Total maze of a website"
Trying to use this site was a headache. The pages felt like a clutter festival, and finding anything turned into some kind of treasure hunt nobody asked for. A few links were total slowpokes too, just sitting there loading forever. After a while, I gave up because the whole thing just wasn’t worth the hassle

"Tracking was straightforward"
The tracking was easy enough to follow, honestly. I just checked in when I thought about it, and the updates were clear, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering where everything was or anything like that.

"Wish I’d Looked Closer Before Buying"
From a distance it looked okay, but up close the design felt a bit cheap and the craftsmanship wasn’t very even. I hate saying it, but I kind of regret spending that much on it because it really wasn’t what I expected for the price...

"Looked good at first, but didn’t last"
It looked really nice when I first got it, so I thought it was going to be fine. But after just a few weeks of normal use, the finish started rubbing off and one of the pieces felt kind of loose. I wasn’t doing anything crazy with it either, just using it like you normally would. For what I paid, I expected it to hold up better than that. Disappointed, and I probably wouldn’t buy this one again.

"Pretty reliable delivery"
I had a smooth experience with my delivery. My order showed up right around the time they said it would, and the tracking kept updating along the way, which I appreciated. The box did have a small dent when it arrived, but everything inside was fine, so no real complaints from me.

"Return ended up being a hassle"
The return process was just annoying. I thought it would be quick. It wasn’t. The exchange dragged on way longer than it should have, and I kept waiting for updates. Not the smoothest experience

"Didn't feel nice enough to give as a gift"
I bought this to give as a gift, I think around last month or maybe a few weeks ago, but once it arrived it just felt kind of cheap. I didn't feel comfortable gifting it in the end...

I ordered a customized piece and all the important stuff like the spelling, dates, and layout came out right. The color wasn’t exactly the same as the preview, but it wasn’t nothing too serious. Overall, it still looked nice and was close to what I wanted. Giving 4 stars because the customization didn’t come out wrong or anything, I just wish the preview matched a little better
